How's your day for you guys? It was great for me! hehe,

I was just texting Athirah this morning and then the next thing we knew, we were preparing to meet up just for ice cream. But the ice cream place we wanted to visit wasn't open so we settled for Mac Breakfast haha.

Went home and a contractor came because my mom wanted to change the layout of the living room by adding in furniture etc. Glad to be there to listened and ask questions because I get to learn, somehow. It's even more useful than what I learned in school somehow lol.

Then I gotta prepare to had out for an event. So excited because it was my first food event I've attended, and that I got the chance to meet so other bloggers and even vloggers. There's this vlogger whom i met that even worked with NOC, damm cool okay hahah. Not to mention that I felt damm noob because all the other bloggers are using like dslr cameras or those professional camera i call it, i was just using my 5c, but it's okay. i'm getting my camera soon hopefully.........

This is gonna be my new favourite chips now, but I don't think I can find them elsewhere tho hahaha, This is one of the item that my hand keep reaching out too and even some of the girls on my table hehe. They fried it to a the right crisp level. Also, the cauliflower dip was really something that could only go right with the chips. Have them together, trust me you're gonna love it.

Seafood Mafalda (S$13)

Fish, squid and prawns, Tomato and cream sauce, yuzu dressed rocket salad, fettucine

This gotta be one my favourite!!! I'm a huge fan of seafood which they were really generous with. The amount of fish, squid, prawns were more than enough so it definitely was a plus point to me. The tomato and cream sauce was just nice to go with the pasta, and not forgetting that the yuzu dressed rocket salad was a great way to end of the dish.

Truffle And Parma Bikini (S$15)

Parma ham, truffle pasta, vintage cheddar, parmesan

Truffle Bacon Mushroom Pizza

Bacon and garlic bechamel, shitake, mushrooms, truffle

Truffle Mac And Cheese (S$12)

Cheddar cheese, mozzarella, gouda, Mushrooms, diced spicy Italian sausage (vegetarian option available)

Grilled Squid (S$15)

Chilli, garlic, anchovy, kaffir, lime leaf

I was deceived by the appearance initially since it looked really oily, it tasted even better than how it look. I love tender the quid was and easy to chew on. Not forgetting a unique taste from the mixture of chilli, garlic, anchovy, kaffir and lime leaf.

Pigs in a Blanket (S$10)

Spicy Italian sausages wrapped in bacon, double musrard

Now now, we're here at my favorite dish for the night! Totally love the combination of sausages and bacon especially how it even came with just now level of spicyness! #shiok

This will be a great finger food paired with some drinks.

Pork Belly (S$18)

48 hour slow cooked pork belly, apple kimchi, stewed granny smith apples

DEN Wings (S$10)

Spicy in house marinade, bbq dip

Woah woah, this is definitely must try when you get there!! The wings are really crispy and the bbq dip definitely was a right choice.

Apple Crumble (S$8)

Apple stewed in muscovado sugar, brandied currants, vallina bean ice cream

Brownie (S$8)

Bourbon bacon brownie soil, candied bacon, vallina bean ice cream

I love the presentation of the dessert!! Doesn't it look amazing? Wonder how did they came up with the concept. It looks like a plant dropping down, and the soil and everything else just dropped out right? The taste was as good as how it looks. The brownie soil was not to sweet and paired with the vallina ice cream, combo!!
