Review: d' Good Café

Hi guys! I'm here with another food review. Visited another cafe with Grace last Friday.

d' Good Café brings a brand new coffee experience – “Blend & Brew the way you like it”. Believing each customer is like no other, we push the boundaries of the Third Wave of coffee. We offer customers something that is uniquely them by allowing them to create their own coffee blend from a range of single origin beans.

Customers could also select from our varied coffee menu where each cup is carefully crafted with our house blend.

It was a warm and sunny afternoon and we made it there within 5-10min of walk from the station. As we entered the cafe, we went to find seats that were available for us. We went to the second and third level and finally settled down at the third level. The atmosphere complemented with the the modern interior (and a lil green on the outdoor) of the cafe. A pleasant setting for lazing the afternoon away, doing your work/mugging for exams, or just chilling with friends who you have not met for a while.

You can click here to look at the interior and the different kinds of seating area and here for a visual tour.

d' good triplet cheese cake (S$8.50)
Green tea (S$6.50)

The d' good triplet cheese cake is really good. If you like something cheesy, you definitely got to try this.

Hot chocolate (S$6.50)

You should know that I'm a huge fan of anything chocolate-y by now and I must tell you that the hot chocolate they served is really dayum!!! If you want to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate on a lazy afternoon or any other time, you really got to try their hot chocolate.

Waffle (S$4) with gelato chocolate (S$3) and chocolate syrup

The waffle here is the best I've tried so far. It's not too crispy nor soft and the texture is just right. You will understand what I mean when you have your first bite. The gelato chocolate is really good, and along with the chocolate syrup which brings a little sweetness to the whole dessert, this waffle ice cream is almost perfect.

Overall, I would recommend this cafe for it's beverages and desserts, and the lovely atmosphere which will put a smile on your face when you stepped into the space.

Mandatory shot with the pretty window and a selfie with Grace to end our cafe hopping date.
